Office Closure: Our office will be closing at 11:30 AM on Friday, January 24th.
Annual Meeting: Our annual meeting is scheduled for January 26th this year. There will be a breakfast potluck, Eucharist will begin at 9 A.M., and the meeting will follow. We will not be streaming our service this week.
COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS:
Social Justice Collection: We will have a basket in the narthex to collect socks, gloves, and hats (new please) to be donated to Interfaith Sanctuary. We will collect January through the end of February.
Paradise Point @ Payette Brewing: Monday, February 10th, folks from around the diocese will gather at Payette Brewing Co., 733 S. Pioneer Street, from 5 PM- 9 PM! 50% of draft beer sales will be donated to Paradise Point — hope to see you there!
BOISE BENCH & BEYOND:
CABI Fundraiser: Thursday, January 30th, please join us for an enchanting evening of art, wine, and live jazz at Canvas & Corks, a celebration of Idaho’s vibrant artistic talent. Proceeds from this event, including a portion of all artwork sales, will benefit Congregation Ahavath Beth Israel (CABI), helping to strengthen vital community programs and initiatives. Ethiopian & Eritrean Food Festival: Sunday, February 2nd, our friends from St. Michael’s Orthodox Church will host a food festival at St. Stephen’s from 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM. If you enjoy Kibrom’s Restaurant on State Street, you’ll love this festival!
Monthly Food Truck: Julie will be sorting and handing out food February 3rd at 5:30 PM outside of All Saints’ parish hall – this is a perfect way to connect with our neighbors and to help those who need food! Be sure to add this volunteering opportunity to your calendar.
