Spirituality and social justice go hand-in-hand. Our prayer life and what we do in the world go together. One of the challenges Christianity has faced over the years is that people have prayed for mercy and justice on Sunday and then not made that real the rest of the week.
“But someone will say, ‘You have faith and I have works.’ Show me your faith without works, and I by my works will show you my faith.”
James 2:18
All Saints Prayer Chain
Names to be prayed for by the prayer chain, and any updates/changes, should be emailed to Fr. Joseph at priest@allsaintsboise.org by 9:00 A.M. Thursdays. You may include details, but only Fr. Joseph will see them; the prayer chain will only see the names to be prayed for, and confidentiality will be honored. He will update and send out the list to the prayer chain each Thursday mornings, and he will privately pray for the names during the Thursday Noon Eucharist. Names are generally removed after 4 weeks, but can be re-added by request. (This is separate from the Prayers of the People for Sunday morning; those names go through Nicole in the church office at churchoffice@allsaintsboise.org.)
