Vestry Clerk:  As the clerk, I attend monthly Vestry meetings. I listen to discussions and record important details. I notate attendance, as well as proposed motions and the corresponding votes/outcomes. At the end of each meeting I share the approved meeting minutes from the previous month with Nicole so that she can file them. I also share the draft of the current month’s minutes with Nicole so that she can print them out for review at the next meeting.  Jen L.
