MINISTRY MEMOS:
Pledges: We are now half way through the 2027 pledge drive! If you have returned your pledge, thank you. If you have not returned your pledge, please return it by Sunday, November 1 (All Saints Day and the return of Father Joseph!). You may place your pledge card in the offertory plate or mail it to the church office. That Sunday (9 AM service only), we will have an ingathering of the pledges.
Free Community Meal: Friday, November 6th, is our next meal. We are in extreme need of volunteers to help clean up and run the dishwasher! Please let Mary Ellen know if you can help out.
COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS:
Youth Group: The next meeting will be October 25th at noon. Meet up in the parish hall for some fellowship, food, and fun! Open to anyone ages 13-17. Let your friends and neighbors know!
Monthly Food Truck: November 2nd at 5:30 P.M., Julie will be here to sort and hand out food that has been donated by Boise Co-Op & Whole Foods – she’d be grateful for your company & help! Be sure to share this info to get the word out!
BOISE BENCH & BEYOND:
41st Annual Rake-Up Boise: This special community event empowers neighbors to help neighbors. We connect volunteers with seniors, veterans, and disabled Ada County residents in need of help raking their yards. We invite you to pull together a team or two of volunteers from your church and register. SABBATICAL HOMECOMING:
Let us help Fr. Joseph experience a gentle re-entry back by making an appointment with him if you have something to chat with him about. Please do not unload everything on him at once next Sunday! You can text or leave him a voicemail at 208-917-2270.
