Angel Tree:  Please return gifts to the church office, wrapped with the tag taped to the present, by Dec 15th.  The gifts will be given to the families on Dec 17th.  Thank you to everyone who so generously participates in this program!

Bishop’s House:  Are you a musician—or do you know one—who is willing to share your talents with the community at The Bishops’ House this holiday season? We are looking for volunteer musicians, both groups and individuals, ready to donate their time and spread some festive cheer at our Victorian Holiday Open Parlors!

The Longest Night – A Service for the Weary: December 21 is the longest night of the year in the northern hemisphere, the winter solstice. Sometimes the festivity surrounding the Advent and Christmas seasons does not match the weariness in our hearts – challenges in our own lives, pain and heartbreak in the world around us. All Saints Episcopal Church is joining with Redeemer Lutheran Church for a contemplative service to let our weary hearts, bodies, and spirits rest on Thursday, December 21st, at 7 pm at Redeemer Lutheran Church (2920 Cassia St, Boise). Simple music, prayers, and readings will give us a place to let us care for ourselves and one another.

Altar Flowers:  The sign-up is now open for sponsoring the Altar Flowers for next year. If you have a special date – now is the time to sign up!  Don’t delay to get your favorite date and remember to have your dedication ready: https://allsaintsboise.org/worship-and-community/sign-ups/.

St. Alphonsus Mental Health Class:  Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. You’ll build skills and confidence you need to reach out and provide initial support to those who are struggling. You’ll also learn how to help connect them to appropriate support.  Register here: https://forms.office.com/r/6kqMa3LdZq.

Boise Parks & Rec:  Stay active and engaged through the winter and spring with a Boise Parks and Recreation class, camp, league or sports lessons. From skating lessons at Idaho IceWorld to art classes, school break camps and pickle ball leagues, there’s something for everyone in the family!  Sign up here: https://www.cityofboise.org/departments/parks-and-recreation/activity-registration/.

Fr. Joseph’s Emergency Message Phone:  If you are in need of pastoral care, please leave a message on Fr. Joseph’s emergency message phone at 208-917-2270.  Include your name, a call-back number, and a detailed message and he will get to you as soon as he can.  You may also text a message to this phone!
